Wondering what #starryaiweekly is and why you keep seeing it on your recommended AI art content on the Interwebs? Well, it is a fun weekly creative challenge we host every Thursday through Wednesday on our Discord community to keep our creative muscles pumped.
Every Monday our Chief Aesthete comes up with 4-5 themes and prompts that she then puts up for a vote for the community choose the week’s challenge. The highest voted theme or prompt is then chosen and announced every Thursday at 12PM EST. Members have a week until Wednesdays at 11:45AM EST to submit their AI art creations using our AI art generator app for a chance to win 100 credits.
We then pick 8 favourite AI generated art creations which we put up for a vote in four brackets. at 6PM EST we announce the winners: 4 top toted creations for People’s Picks and 4 Favourites picked by our Chief Aesthete.
Our challenges range in their themes and prompts to keep it fun. In the past we have hosted themes such as the Zombie Apocalypse, The Afterlife, The Secret Gardens of Elves and a whole lot more. We also try to spice things up by hosting emoji-only themes or recipe specific rules whereby artists can only use certain styles to create their AI generated art submissions.
This week’s challenge was to generate AI artwork using only the 👾 🚀 🪐 🌌 emojis. To say that it was a challenge to pick the finalists would be tremendously understated. We struggled so much that we had to pick an extra winner this round 😅
